If I could give them a 0 I would. Made a huge corporate order and had enough carhartt points to order my father in law a jacket for Xmas. Long story short, redeemed the points, received a $100 gift card and a $50 coupon code. Used both to order the jacket plus payed outstanding amount in my visa. The first time I placed the order I red the size chart and realized 10 minutes after I placed the order that I maybe should have sized down. Called them, they wouldn’t, said I had to cancel the order. I did. Took my two weeks 4 phone calls and 4 hours on the phone to finally get my gift card and coupon code back. Jacket arrives two weeks late for Xmas. Size chart completely off, too small. Sent back for the size larger. They received my return almost two weeks ago. Have no intentions of ever returning me my money.. hoping I forget about it? Phone first time, guy said he promised I would have my money back by Tuesday. Phone again today, an hour on the phone, told to wait 3-5 business days for an answer? Answer to what? You have the jacket for two weeks, give me my money back!!!!! I’m furious, this company needs to be reported. NEVER purchase anything online.

shirt was mis sized and out of shape
shirt was mis sized and out of shape, replacement was a USED item with a mark on the sleeve! Poor quality control and a poor service. Carhartt not willing to sort the problem out could not care less attitude! Just wanted to send the same product which clearly has a problem. If possible, buy direct from USA, also if you use Carhartt for work like me (not a fashion item) only buy there USA made products as there making poor quality products outside America with no quality control putting their label on and selling for a high price!

I bought two hoodies from here for a Xmas present however they didn't arrive. I received a refund into my bank account without notification. Then a few weeks later the money was taken from my bank account again and the items were delivered the next day. I wasn't informed of any of this. I returned the 2 items as I no longer needed them in January 10th and I'm still waiting to be refunded. I've phoned them and emailed customer care and had no reply! Do not use!

I will never in life order from Carhart again, I placed an order needed to return the order now I used ups tracking shows delivered but Carhart say s they never received the items I have been fighting with them for a month I’m taking this to the bbb and disputing with my bank I’d advise anyone they are crooks I will see how many other people they do this too

Do not buy from carhartt. It’s truly sad, this is how I look at it. You are a big company that provides work clothes, and u take forever to ship? U say 1-2 days it’ll ship its now day 5. Now as a corporate and a boss of the company you guys see these reviews and don’t try to level up as a company? Honestly laughable. What a terrible company

Missing items they didn't care about
I ordered a Sweatshirt and a hat and the hat never came they said they might be able to refund it after 5 days. Then said I can use a 10% off on my next online purchase. The hat I bought was on clearance and the 10% off won't even make a dent in what the clearance price was. I'm never buying from here again.

Worst online service from a big brand
Ordered a pair of pants from the Australian online store. Arrived, and it was way too big for the size stated. Emailed them about a refund and they took two weeks to reply. The phone number they sent to call always rings out as there is literally no one there to answer. Stores don’t offer refund, so I’m forced to deal with their negligent online team. I had to post the pants back at my expense. Disappointing experience.

Soles melting on my new Carhartt boots
Got a never used in box Carhart boots, 3978 steel toe. The bottoms of the boots are melting off and they won’t warrantee them cause I don’t have a receipt, So much for the lifetime guarantee of craftsmanship.
Paid for their mistakes.
I tried to order a heavyweight thermal top for my father, and they sent me the wrong item not once, or twice, but three times. The first two times they sent me the same wrong item, and the third time it was something completely different. I spent hours on the phone with customer service to fix the problem, but for nothing. Then to top it off, they only refunded me the delivery fee once, so I still had to pay for their mistakes twice. I wouldn't recommend them.

i bought some women's shirts
i bought some women's shirts. after bringing them home and washing them found out they are not permanent press had to iron both shirts. plus they don't dry well. takes too long for them to get dry. will not buy from Carhart again
You won’t get your items
Ordered 15/12/2022. Didn’t arrive so I contacted them and they replied saying that they hadn’t received a payment and requested proof. Sent the proof and they said that the payment had gone through but they hadn’t claimed it so they didn’t send my items. Awful service, don’t waste your time.

Order nightmare
Cancelled my order and haven’t told me why despite my asking repeatedly. I can still order it though on their website. What’s that all about??? I ordered it start of December 22 for delivery in time for Xmas! Despite chasing their service dept they didn’t deliver it in time for Xmas. Haven’t told me why despite me repeatedly asking. Service dept told me they’d act on my escalations and get back to me. They didn’t! Absolute jokers. Customer service dept is dysfunctional. I don’t mind problems happening but be up front, accept responsibility and fix any issue. It’s isn’t hard to do. I’d certainly won’t be purchasing anything from them again and if the other reviews I’ve read online are anything to go by then that’s a good thing. Avoid this lot like the plague.
No order confirmation but they took my money.
I didn’t get a confirmation message of my order but my card was debited. When I emailed they kept asking for my details and order number, which I had never received. I emailed a screenshot of my credit card debit and they said they couldn’t find any evidence of it. I shall have to try and get my card refunded through the bank. I eventually bought the item through a UK shop who were great thankfully. Should have gone there in the first place.
NEVER buy from Carhartt’s website. The customer service is dreadful.

I wish I read these other comments before ordering!! By far the worst customer service, I’d rather speak to someone trying to extend my car warranty or resolve my non existent school debt than get these people to admit they put in the wrong address and then can’t figure out how to correct. For sure the first and last time I ever buy Carhartt.

UNDELIVERED ORDER
Order No. 5759175 - I ordered an item for Christmas two weeks ago - the item has been 'lost' in transit since then. I have had to call Germany from the UK three times for an update on delivery. The staff are clueless and can offer no help - in fact the last gentleman I spoke with sounded as if he couldn't care less! My sons present will not arrive in time for Christmas and I shall never order from Carhartt again!
